Case Of A Police Officer! Grand Jury to HEAR Case of Officer Who Shot Naked Man
An Atlanta area grand jury will be to hear the case of a police officer who fatally shot an unarmed naked guy.
DeKalb County District Attorney Robert James declared earlier this month he’d seek an indictment against Policeman Robert Olsen.
Grand jurors are scheduled to deliberate after hearing evidence in the case Thursday.
Olsen shot Anthony Hill on March 9 while reacting to your call of a man acting erratically outside a suburban Atlanta apartment complex.
The family of the 27-year old Hill says he was a U.S. Air Force veteran who fought with mental health issues. James breaking oath of aggravated assault and has said there’s enough evidence and making a statement that was false.
