Whatever happened to the concept of this show! Riteish Deshmukh and Sajid Khan host the show Yaaron Ki Baraat which tributes to the long friendship between celebs and their besties. A lot of besties have in fact made it to the show like Amitabh Bachchan and Arjun Kapoor, Suniel Shetty and Jacie Shroff, Varun Dhawan and Shatrughan Sinha and many others. Lately Shraddha Kapoor and Farhan Akhtar made it to one of the episodes of the show. But considering it to be a promotional gimmick, we decided to not question motive behind them making it .
As we only found out that Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma may also be coming on the show yet, now we have been really perplexed with the notion of the show. An unlearned or only a fool would neglect to recognise the fact the duet artistes will be seen next year in Imtiaz Ali’s The Ring. Yes, the same movie whose shooting crossed across Western Europe. Lisbon, Prague, Amsterdam and Budapest. The picture is going to continue with its shooting in India as well for we hear the next schedule will be in Punjab. Anyway, since when did Anushka and SRK become BFFs? We comprehend that they’ve done three films together such as Jab Tak Hai Jaan and Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. But what’s with the unanticipated best friends label? Is that just a promotional gimmick or even true?
First Farhan and Shraddha planted this seed of doubt. Rumours of their growing intimacy on the sets of Rock On 2 set the B town buzzing.
