remarks on Nandipur power project scam-Imran Khan blames Shahbaz Sharif

ISLAMABAD – Giving his comments on Tuesday on Nandipur electricity job scam, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan said the investigation to the Nandipur scam would be a coverup like Model Town inquest.

Imran tweeted that Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif was additionally involved with Model Town tragedy but these cover ups will not be allowed by the PTI. Imran also warned that any MP of PTI in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Assembly that’s part of the dedication to the country of PTI, does not have any place.

“I will take strict action against those PTI MPs trying to scuttle the Conflict of Interest Bill,” he added. Imran said that we would sit in the opposition in KP Assembly rather than renege on our core commitments made to the nation
