“Modern Family” celebrity Ariel Winter is not going to be intimidated by Internet trolls.

Winter received an onslaught of disparaging and lewd opinions after posting a Instagram photograph within the weekend in a bikini along with her nieces.

Winter, 17, asked in a second Instagram post responding to the unpleasant feedback.

Winter’s response included a photo of the rear of a woman’s legs marked with labels in regards to the significance some people are inclined to read into the duration of the hem of a woman’s.

“The stature of a girl’s skirt or whatever she is wearing for that matter, does not imply what she’s asking for.

The actress said she scarcely gives weight to “mean matters folks bravely say behind their computer screens,” but in this case she’s speaking up for girls that are intimidated.

“You are not asking for anything because of what you are wearing – you’re expressing yourself and do not you ever think you deserve the negativity as the consequence to what you’re wearing – you’re AMAZING,” Winter wrote.

Instagram commenters weighed in with their support.

“Amazing young girl dressed appropriately for the action… where’s the controversy?” one asked.
