Some package bombs exploded in the southwestern city of Liuzhou in China on Wednesday, killing at least three individuals, state television said, publishing pictures of a collapsed building, a plume of smoke and roads strewn with debris.

The package bombs were received by thirteen areas, from shopping malls and hospitals to penitentiaries, transportation stations and town government offices, state radio said in an internet report.

Explosives are not too hard to come by, as they find extensive use in the big mining sector in China.
