CONGRATS! Did Dad Billy Ray Just Reveal Miley and Liam Are Officially Engaged?

Aww! Miley Cyrus ‘ father Billy Ray, 54, is a big fan of her relationship with Liam Hemsworth, 26, and he’s opening up about if the superb couple weather they are engaged or not. Now her father has given us our greatest hint yet that one day wedding bells could be ringing for the Miley and Liam.

“Here’s what I do know. They’re so happy. That’s the main thing,” Billy Ray told E! News when asked about engagement rumors. “Miley and I, we always had this slogan — ‘If you ain’t happy, it ain’t working.’ Just seeing these — I still call ’em kid — these two kids happy, that’s all that matters.” Aww, that’s pretty great confirmation that all is well in their relationship, and even though Miley still hasn’t discussed her possible engagement because of Liam’s privacy issues, at least her dad is cool with letting the world know that they’re doing great!
