Esquire: Emilia Clarke is this year’s Sexiest Woman Alive
Emilia Clarke’s star is well and truly on the rise and the Game Of Thrones actress is set to send her fan’s pulses racing as she poses naked for a very raunchy new photoshoot for US Esquire.
The pictures come as the 28-year-old was named Sexiest Woman Alive by the publication after previously earning the accolade Woman Of The Year from GQ.
Emilia wears nothing but a necklace plus a grey bedsheet as she poses on the cover sporting tousled hair and pouting at the camera.
An interior image reveals exhibiting a touch of cleavage while gazing to the lens of the camera as she stays topless.
The graphics which have appeared on Instagram’s sneak peek, comes as their readers were teased by Esquire as to who the Sexiest Woman might be on Monday.
Posting a picture of Emilia bursting open her bra strap, her face was not shown until midnight when the big reveal was made.
In a accompanying article, Emilia who’s most renowned for playing Daenerys Targaryen in the HBO fantasy series, is written about in positive terms.
The piece reads: ‘She manages to bring together a number of opposites, to make them natural: sweetness and toughness, emotionalism with a kind of cold-blooded determination.
‘Something in these contrasts explains her sex appeal, too. She can play queen and kid sister, dominatrix and pal.’
Lisa Hintelmann, the editorial projects manager of Esquire, told The Associated Press that Clarke was an obvious choice for the name.
She says: ‘[She] is unforgettable in Game of Thrones and was hands down the number one choice of Esquire’s staff, friends and family.’
