Gossip: Deepika Padukone Or Priyanka Chopra; Who Would End Up With Love In Beijing?

Sidharth Anand, who made the Hrithik Roshan- Katrina Kaif starrer Bang Bang is back in news. We learn that the manager’s next is an Indo-China film called Love In Beijing and like the title suggests it’s a love story of an Indian girl and a Chinese man. According to a Mumbai Mirror report, the Chinese actor Deng Chao of The Mermaid acclaim will be considered to play the hero. Talking about the film’s leading lady, Sidharth said he would go for Deepika Padukone or Priyanka Chopra.

Sid in an interview to the tabloid said, “It could possibly be one of them.” He revealed, “Yes, it’s a cross-cultural romance set in Beijing. I’ m excited to explore and showcase another culture through the film. Our Chinese producers have suggested Deng Chao’s name but we will take a final call when I visit China next month.”

He further added, “We’ve been working in my office since the last week and should be able to lock the script by December. The Chinese are strong-minded people and it’s great fun to work with them. I’ve never shot in China before so it’s a blind spot for me. But I will be travelling there next month with the writers for a recce.”
