GWEN Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are closer to finalising their divorce

GWEN Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are closer to finalise their divorce after signing off on share custody of their three children and an agreement to divide their assets.

Editors at TMZ.com report the stars, who filed for divorce in August, will get joint custody of the sons, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo.

Based on the report, Rossdale will look following the kids for most the time due to Stefani’s active program. It was also reported the pair had no prenuptial agreement set up, but a deal has been reached by them on the division of these assets, as well as the divorce will be finalised by the judge presiding over the case by the end of the year.

A representative for Stefani and Rossdale has not commented on the report.

The No Doubt star cited “irreconcilable differences” in her divorce petition, which came after 13 years of marriage to the British rocker.

A statement released during the time of the divorce announcement said: “While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment. To that end, we respectfully request privacy from the media during this time.”
