HEAVY FINE! Rs 5 crore each – That’s how much Raj Thackeray wants Karan Johar, Shah Rukh to pay as penalty for casting Pakistani actors

In the crucial assembly today held with Karan, Producers Guild head Mukesh Bhatt, Raj Thackeray and Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis, it has been decided that not only will Bollywood film fraternity cut ties with Pakistani artists in future but every producer who is now related to Pakistani artists will also contribute a huge sum to the Army’s Welfare fund. That’s right.

Thackeray also affirmed that he desires every producer to give in writing that they’ll not collaborate with Pakistani performers in the foreseeable future. He said, “Producers will need to give in writing that they are going to not require Pakistani performers in their own pictures.”Not to mention, Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees also offers a Pakistani link in the form of Mahira Khan which explains why Raees also is equally responsible and needs to abide by the demands made by Raj Thackeray. But then, will the film be enabled to release considering Raees is to shoot half of the scenes?

Nevertheless, contrary to the above, Mukesh Bhatt in reaction to the decision made clarified, ” I promised Mr Fadanavis the Chief minister, Mr Thackeray was also there and I have told them the Guild has taken a decision that in the larger interests of the people, the opinions of the soldiers and every Indian that we’ll not work with any Pakistani artiste in the foreseeable future. Pass this resolution and I ‘m going to call an extraordinary meeting. We are also going to donate to the military welfare fund. That is not a compulsion in the CM.
