HIGHEST GROSSING Captain America – Civil War box office collection: Film crosses the Rs 50 crore mark at the end of the second weekend!
Marvel’s spectacular superhero film of 2016, Captain American: Civil War, had an amazing first weekend all over the seas and it has maintained it, the second weekend on a HUGE BLAST! The film goes well at the box office and has already crossed the combined lifetime collections of Captain America 1and 2 at the Indian domestic box office and now it has set eyes on creating more records.
Steve Rogers and Tony Stark’s film added another Rs 8.85 crore during the second weekend, to cross the Rs 50 crore mark (nett). It has also grossed about Rs 71.63 crore. As trade analyst Taran Adarsh explained in his tweet, “#CaptainAmericaCivilWar crosses ₹ 50 cr… [Week 2] Fri 2.02 cr, Sat 3.27 cr, Sun 3.56 cr. Total: Rs 51.57 cr nett. Gross: Rs 71.63 cr.”
