The Sorry vocalist has been sued for $100,000 over claims he smashed up man’s mobile phone when he tried to record footage of the star attempting to chug a beer bong.
The 22-year old allegedly smashed a guy named Robert Earl Morgan’s mobile phone at Cle club in Houston, Texas, last month.
Based on the suit filed by Morgan – got by TMZ – Justin became “enraged, grabbed his cell phone and smashed it to pieces”.
Morgan is suing for this type of substantial number because he maintains the mobile included hopeless to replace graphics – including those of his grandmother’s 100th birthday party – and up to 5,000 images and videos from his journeys.
He also says when the mobile was ruined that he lost several company contacts. The alleged event is considered to have taken place on the exact same night Bieber was seen stubbing out a cigarette Post Malone’s arm.
