ITV has launched an interactive playalong app as a companion to its 2015 Rugby World Cup coverage.

The iOS gives customers the opportunity to vote during Television Match Official decisions. Additionally, it provides the latest information of latest event, video features and pundit research, along with a penalty- throwing game. kick It! The application continues to be built by EPAM and it is sponsored by Land Rover, Scottish Southern Energy.

ITV has special Television rights to the match, which begins on 18 November with hosts England taking up Fiji.

ITV online product manager Ashley Fletcher said: “Our app is a great way for fans to get even closer to games, interact with the programme and share and debate with fellow rugby fans.”
