Two weeks after Lamar Odom was found unconscious in a legal Nevada brothel, Khloe Kardashian is opening up about the couple’s relationship now. The reality TV star has been by the former basketball star’s side as he attempts to treat.

Odom, 35, was hospitalized on Oct. 13, then opened his eyes three days later, according to family and friends. I needed to get to him and make sure he was fine. … I wouldn’t need anybody in that scenario, especially someone I love and care about.”

The couple was married in 2009, but Kardashian, 31, filed for divorce. That divorce earlier this year was signed off on by both parties, but it was never finalized. Last week Odom and Kardashian called off the divorce in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

That does not mean the two are back together.

“There are too many other significant things, too many medical matters. “I loved him always, and I will always love him.”

She continued, “I don’t consider love is fickle. When you love someone, I consider, you are allowed to love from afar. You don’t have to be with that individual to be able to love him.”

In the time Odom opened his eyes a week along with a half past, Odom’s family released a statement calling his retrieval “amazing.” Kardashian concurred.

“Every hour differs. Odom’s alive and that is all I wanted, was for him to be okay. … Kardashian will be there supporting the person every step along the way.”
