Mad Men’s Jon Hamm breaks from girlfriend of 18 years

MAD MEN star Jon Hamm and his girlfriend have split apart after 18 years of relationship.

Hamm and Jennifer Westfeldt, 44, affirmed the news last night – months after denying their relationship was over.

They said: “With great sadness, we have decided to separate, after 18 years of love and shared history.

“We will continue to be supportive of each other in every way possible way moving forward.”

In March the pair – who began dating in 1997 but never married – slammed.

Hamm climbed to popularity as smooth-speaking womaniser Don Draper in the hit play that was American Mad Men.

By the end of this year he finished a one-month stint in rehab.

The 45-year-old performer has also appeared in 24 and Grey’s Anatomy.
