Manufactures of Angry Bird lay off one third of its workforces

Finnish gaming business Rovio, manufacturer of Angry Birds, on Wednesday announced its restructuring plan that will lead to substantial layoffs.

The plan will lead to major job reductions of up to 260 workers, bookkeeping to over one third of the staff of the company’s. Rovio now employs.

The organization stated that its entire organization will be affected by the collective discussions. The workers working on the creation of the Angry Birds film in Canada and America aren’t included.

Its own poor profitability caused Rovio’s problems recently, mainly as a result of drawback in its company that was peripheral.

Rovio is entertainment business and game developer located in Espoo, southern Finland. The business grew quickly after starting the “Angry Birds” game by the end of 2009.
