76, Henry Day, charged against three lads between 1986 and 1969

A youth leader who had been made an MBE because of his work with kids continues to be charged using a number of sexual assaults.

76, Henry Day, is accused of carrying out the strikes against three boys, all aged under 16 between 1969 and 1986, during the time.

Norfolk authorities can appear before Norwich magistrates court on Friday and said he was charged with 13 counts of sexual assault.

Day ran beachfront summer camps in Hemsby between 1973 and 1995 in the Young Citizens Guild. Day initially set up the guild in the 1950s, in Dagenham, east London.

Speaking about his work many years ago, Day said: “I was doing a job for parents and I had been entrusted using their duty. I took responsibility, if I took somebody’s kid away with me and I carried out my duty to its limits.
