Meghan Trainor & Charlie Puth lose control and kiss eachother After Performing ‘Like I’m Gonna Lose You’

Meghan Trainor and Charlie Puth have both loved enormous, breakout success in the previous two years, each touchdown their first No. 1 on the Hot 100, and the two joined forces for a medley of Trainor’s platinum single “Like I’m Gonna Lose You” and the duet’s “Marvin Gaye” at tonight’s 2015 American Music Awards.

Taking the stage facing a simulated rain-soaked backdrop, Trainor’s understated ballad was delivered by her having a trust that grew prior to the curtain rose to reveal Puth and his four-man backing band. As he launched into “Marvin Gaye,” Trainor sauntered out following a fast ensemble change to join the vocalist by his trademark piano.

And then the shocker — as the tune was completed by the duo, they went in to get a kiss as the crowd looked on, that turned into a protracted makeout session.
