In the aftermath of the Nice strike, Google announced that it is going to enable users to dial without charge via Google Voice, Hangouts and Project Fi from anywhere on the planet, where these services are supported.

“To help individuals remain connected and informed with their nearest and dearest, we’re making calls from Google Voice, Hangouts and Project Fi, free — from everywhere in the world ” the search engine giant declared.
