DICKSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) – a study is underway after an official-concerned firing early Friday in Dickson County.

Based on a spokesperson for that Tennessee Institution of Analysis, Josh Devine, a Cheatham County deputy followed a vehicle and ripped over the driver in Charlotte near Bloom  Landing Road, in Dickson County.

The driver directed a weapon towards deputy-creating him to take out their own tool and take the driver within the palm and apparently got from the vehicle. The suspect moved to Vanderbilt University Clinic for therapy and was taken to the custody.

The deputy wasn’t hurt, based on Devine.
