The issue is that the California property was purchased by Perry from Jose Gomez, a La Archbishop, but these sisters claim the property was already reserved for a restaurateur who paid $1 million more to them. It was afterwards learned by them that the property have been sold by Gomez to Katy Perry.

Sources have asserted that sisters living in there failed to have any rights to sell the property and they were merely living in there.
