Paul Walker’s daughter ‘sues Porsche’ through deadly crash
The daughter of the late Fast and Furious performer Paul Walker is to sue carmaker Porsche on the crash where he perished, US reports say.
Walker was a passenger in a Porsche a buddy was driving when it hit on a post and burst into flames.
US media report that Walker’s daughter Meadow, who’s 16, alleging security shortcuts were taken by the carmaker has now filed a wrongful death case.
Porsche hasn’t yet openly replied to the claims.
The suit claims the car was not going considerably faster when it went based on TMZ.
As stated by the La Times, the document maintains the auto lacked “characteristics that may have prevented the injury or, in the very least, let Paul Walker to survive the crash”.
Meadow Walker hasn’t remarked.
