A source reveals, “Ranbir has begun shooting for the film in Mumbai last night. The actor shot for an intense action sequence, the shooting began around 1 am and went on till 5 in the morning. .The makers have created a portion of Kolkata to make it real as they had to show trams running on the roads. Katrina was not present on sets because only Ranbir’s part was to be shot. Ranbir and Katrina will be shooting together in a couple of days at the Chandavali studio in the suburbs of Mumbai,” concludes the source.
