Redmayne has been getting a lot of Oscar buzz for The Danish Girl

Eddie Redmayne does not take it serious when visitors to his home arrive, when they blow off him.

The Oscar he won earlier this year for his work in The Theory of Everything sits on a side table with some photographs.

“It’s sort of like they walk in and before they’ve said hell to you and it more about taking a selfie with the thing,” Redmayne told me while promoting his new dramaThe Danish Girl. “I still can’t even believe it exists.”

Redmayne continues to be getting lots of Oscar buzz. Redmayne plays with Lili Elbe, the very first transgender woman to get sexual reassignment operation.
