When they crossed paths in the national cricket academy, Pakistan’s disgraced cricketer Salman Butt has tendered a private apology.

Butt, along with Mohammad Aamir and teammates Mohammad Asif, was prohibited for five years from the ICC for the area repair scandal and in addition served time in jail in the UK.

The system rules out any return to first class cricket for the threesome until February 2016.

One primary demand of the system is the fact that try and convince them to accept them back within their fold and the threesome must apologise for their former Pakistan teammates.

A source close to the players said a number of the national team players had communicated this to their team direction and were not comfortable to determine Asif Butt and Aamir in the NCA.

Head coach Waqar Younis and both Afridi had seemed as witnesses from the threesome when the ICC anti-corruption tribunal held its query to the place repair scandal in 2011.

Butt, that has not stayed unapologetic for his participation in the scandal since his five-year prohibition stopped, was made Pakistan Test captain on the 2010 tour.
