Samsung has come out on its TVs gaming energy efficiency evaluations having a solid rebuttal against accusations.

The alleged problem, reported on by The Guardian, says that an EU-financed research group called ComplianTV found energy consumption rates that are higher for Samsung tvs, in comparison with the official amounts of the Korean firm.

Samsung has “steadfastly rejected” The Guardian’s post yet, by saying that its ‘movement lighting characteristic’ (which reduces power consumption by dimming the display brightness), is a typical out-of-the-box attribute.

Samsung claims that clients can turn this feature away by swapping in the conventional screening style, that may subsequently result in higher energy consumption, although that it isn’t only restricted to testing scenarios.

More testing is intended to see whether the TVs of other maker have similar manner- consumption rates that were dependant, so watch this space.
