Sanam Re Review: Pulkit Samrat and Yami Gautam’s good looks and beautiful locales rescue a slow first half!

This week is this Friday of love story as two pictures of the exact same genre release. Our critic Sreeju Sudhakaran has sent us his first impressions of the movie and is seeing Sanam Re in a theater right now.

Pulkit Yami and Samrat Gautam play youth pals/prospective love interests, who split when Pulkit goes to Mumbai for better educational prospects.

I would like to start off with all the positives of the next movie that I’m seeing now. The movie has some breathtaking locales, excellent cinematography, good looking actors that are lead not to mention, Rishi Kapoor.

As it pertains to the storyline although these things work in the favour of the movie, the movie barely goes substantially in the very first half.

Adding to that are a few humourless humor sequences, a forced item song involving many and the manager herself a cliched scene.

As it should have due to these variables, the love story does not make an impact. An interval point is reached by the movie having a tiny turn. Let us expect the wheels extremely go in the 2nd half!”
