The anti-corruption minister in the interim government of Brazil has stepped down, after a record indicated he attempted to derail an investigation.

Mr Silveira says his comments are taken out of context. Mr Temer was in the replacement of Dilma Rousseff as president in 12 May, after she was suspended to face a Senate impeachment trial over allegations of massaging the funds ahead of her reelection in 2014.
