The 25-year-old performer, who shot to fame when she got the part of Hermione Granger in the ‘Harry Potter’ film series aged just 10, attempted to “close off” in public to attempt to detract fascination with her, reported Female First.
“I spent the majority of my time trying to convince everyone I was unbelievably boring since I desired solitude and a minute to figure myself out.” She, nevertheless, eventually feels comfortable with herself and is trying to be her “most real self” in public, together with in private.
“Now at 25 for the very first time in my life I feel like I’ve a sense of self that I’m comfortable with. I actually do have things I desire to be my most authentic self and that I need to convey. I really don’t want there to be a huge separation between the private individual and the public. I felt so inadequate because I just didn’t have answers yet.”
“I had so many friends who had a clear sense of self, who understood that they liked certain things, such as the odor of grass, or what their favorite color was. Because I had been so unsure of myself, I envied those girls. I challenged everything. I used to be terrified by the degree of interest in me,” she said.
