Sindh Home Minister Suhail Anwar meets Dr Asim to convey former President Asif Ali Zardari ‘stay calm message’

Sindh Home Minister Suhail Anwar Siyal met Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader and former federal minister Dr Asim Hussain at Jinnah Hospital and conveyed special message from former President Asif Ali Zardari.

The assembly took place in special ward of the Hospital. Sources also state the meeting was kept extremely secret. Siyal told Dr Asim that Zardari had asked him to stay calm and directed him to remain in continuous touch.

Zardari and Dr Asim are childhood friends. In an interview, Zardari told media, “I called him ‘hare’. I was the one who motivated him to leave Nazimabad and shift to Defence. His arrest is only a tactic to pressurize the PPP.”
