Shah Rukh Khan fans get ready for an enormous heartbreak! We had revealed to you that the celeb will be a part of Karan Johar’ next directorial venture Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. While Ranbir Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s popular chemistry is stealing the show, the makers have kept simple minimum of Pakistani import Fawad Khan in teaser trailer and the songs. But guess what? The ADHM team intends to keep their largest star underwraps. Heartbroken? So are we, but then only imagine whatta surprise it’d be to see we are mermerised by King Khan in the movie on 70mm.
SRK replaced Saif Ali Khan in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Shah Rukh will play with Aishwarya’s husband in the picture. Ash’s character is named Saba Taliyar Khan, who a not-so-famous poet in the movie. In fact Karan Johar in an interview had revealed how Aishwarya’s beauty plays a spoilsport in her profession as a poet. SRK and Aishwarya have worked together several times before, the pair was viewed in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Devdas and in Josh, the then romanced in Yash Chopra’s Mohabbatein. The duet even did a rocking particular tune collectively in Shakti.
We did figure out how to find SRK’s existence in the Bulleya song while Karan Johar might not show SRK’s part in the movie. The focus might have been on Ranbir and Aishwarya ‘s steamy lovemaking scenes. But there’s one bit where RK and Ash are dinning in a restaurant and Saba receives a letter asking for her to meet in a corner. Well, that’s a note from SRK’s character. We also discovered that Shah Rukh and Karan Johar’s rapport in the set was not so unenviable the other stars kept discussing it after shots. At the conclusion of one scene we hear help could be n’ted by Ranbir but applaud it. Apparently the celebrity believed that Johar and Khan ’s bond is what every actor and filmmaker and actor should share. And it’s not just SRK, another Khan is also being kept underwraps. Yes, Fawad Khan and Anushka’s love interest in this movie too has a cameo in the picture and will be playing with. The Dharma head honcho was impressed by Khan’s performance in Sons & Kapoor so much that he determined to expand Fawad’s role in ADHM and we’re not sad. Even in the few scenes that Fawad has appeared on screen we cannot help but go ga ga about him. But if you thought that Fawad would be marketing the film in India alongside Aishwarya, Ranbir and Anushka then you’re entirely incorrect. And this has nothing related to the recent furor about Pakistani actors following the Uri attacks.
The reason Fawad WOn’t be boosting is one by promoting it as his picture Karan doesn’t want to mislead FK fans. Fawad‘s wife might deliver in a couple of weeks and is pregnant, the actor wants to be by her and welcome the newborn.
Certainly we’ll have to do this time around. But that’sn’t hampering our delight for Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, can it be?
