World leaders will assemble to get a donor conference in London on Thursday in an endeavor to raise GBP6.2bn ($9bn; EUR8.3bn) for those impacted by the war in Syria.

UNITED NATIONS: Hungary called Tuesday for the United Nations on recognizing migrants to establish world-wide quotas, saying it was not fair for Europe to require a great number of refugees fleeing through Syria.
