Conformity with the new rules isn’t needed until 2022, but states must submit their strategies by September to the Environmental Protection Administration or seek an expansion.

The first family has Sunny, Bo and two Portuguese water dogs. Officials arrested Stockert after finding weapons in his car.

Throughout the interview, representatives inquired Stockert whether he had access to any weapons, and Stockert acknowledged having two guns in his truck. Representatives searched the truck and found ammo and rifle together with a machete, a billy club and a shotgun.

President Barack Obama’s decision to keep a 9,800-strong US force in Afghanistan till next year.
