This is a complete shocker! A fresh report says that not only are Kourtney Kardashian, 36, hooking up again, 22, and Justin Bieber, however they have been “on and off for months”! Um, including the time he was trying to woo 23, Selena Gomez , again? Yikes! Here’s the scoop.

We definitely believed that Kourtney and Justin were a thing of days gone by, but on April 14, People reported that the pair has been “hooking up off and on for several months now.” Justin and Kourt first began their fling in Dec. 2015, right after he and Selena started heating back up around the time both of their records came out. Now it appears like the pattern is replicating.

Days after, HollywoodLife.com learned ENTIRELY that Justin had really smuggled a third former flame, Hailey Baldwin, backstage at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, and Selena thought it was the last straw. Perhaps Kourtney was another area of the problem. Okay, Justin, we have to truly have a serious discussion. They seem to really care about you in a way or another, and they’re all really sweet young ladies. It’s not honest to them if you’re not prepared to commit, then discontinue keeping these same men and women in your back pocket and move on.

In his first concert since the February launch of The Life of Pablo, Kanye West commented about his controversial “Famous” lyric.

After performing the track at a show in Manila, Philippines, Saturday evening, West telephoned the night he interrupted Swift’s acceptance speech for Best Female Video at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards “the beginning of the end of my life,” but also stated that he “just said what everybody else was believing.” (On “Famous,” West sings “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that bitch famous.”)

“This is the song that broke the writer’s block for me, because it’s something I wanted to say so bad,” West said. “So if I get in trouble for saying the truth, what’s being said the rest of the time? And I had to fight every day of my life, with the whole world turned against me, for saying out loud what everyone else felt. But that’s the job of an artist, of a true artist: not to be controlled by their finances, not to be controlled by perceptions, but only to be controlled by their truth.”

West included that he “fought” to make “Famed” Pablo’s first single and that it was “really overwhelming” to play the song live for the very first time. Then he performed the song another time.

In the times following Pablo’s release, West claimed that he desired “the best for that man and that Taylor Swift” was not “ dissed by him.” Swift addressed Kanye and the song in the Grammys during her Album of the Year acceptance speech, saying, “There will be folks across the way that will attempt to undercut your success or take credit for the achievements or your acclaim.”

The 38-year old rapper recently released an updated version of Pablo on major flowing services — a move that helped the record claim the top position on the Billboard albums chart.

“Justin feels awful that Selena thinks relationships are hard after they dated. He never, ever wanted to hurt her or make her have a bad taste in her mouth about future relationships because of their own ups and downs,” a source tells.

“On one hand, the thought of seeing Selena in a serious relationship with someone else would definitely be hard to swallow. But on the other hand, he wants her to be happy. He hopes she can forgive him for past hurts and not let all that old drama stifle her love life or more importantly her self esteem,” our insider adds.

Considering we have seen Kanye and Justin hang out lots of times, it isn’t astonishing that Yeezy likes The Biebs’ music. But for Ye to declare that the hit of Justin was the greatest tune of the entire year in 2015? But hey, we can not actually claim with his fave song selection! Plus, Kanye actually has not had much rhyme or reason to his string of Twitter rants anyhow.

Kanye has been throughout the place along with his Twitter ideas from igniting a huge feud with Wiz Khalifa to declaring that he is $53 million in debt. He suggested he was tweeting in the toilet at one point! We must acknowledge that his latest tweet run was almost the most standard of all these so far, while we are still not actually certain what’s gotten into Ye recently. And with Kim Kardashian, this one will not get him in trouble unlike a number of his other rants.
