It’s safe to say that Sonam Kapoor‘s 6th appearance at the Cannes Film Festival was a roaring success and as we looked back we discovered something cool. The Anamika Khanna creation that she wore to press interactions there was something we’d seen before. I could’t shake the feeling that we’d seen the same print on another Bollywood star and then it struck me: Katrina Kaif wore a similar-but-not-the-same ensemble from the same collection during the promotions of her film, Fitoor. The gorgeous print is hard to forget and I adored seeing it on both fantastic girls.

Rhea Kapoor styled Sonam in this creation and paired it with long, modern-looking earrings while she was given a matching pink lip by Namrata Soni. On the other hand a couple of months before, stylist Tanya Ghavri picked Katrina another outfit to wear in Ahmedabad during her promotions.

Several reports were doing rounds that Bollywood actor Salman Khan chose Jacqueline Fernandez over Katrina Kaif for his next production picture with Karan Johar.

It was said that Katrina and Fawad Khan were signed for the Tarun Mansukhani untitled film, which will be produced by Dharma Productions and Salman Khan Films.

Reports indicate that Katrina was initially approached for the movie since she was perfect for the character and shares a good bonding with Salman also as with Karan Johar.

Saddening to know, the offer was rejected by the Bang Bang actress, as she had signed another movie, of which were clashing with this job dates. It was Jacqueline was approached for the movie, as Katrina turned the offer down.

Well, we think as destiny has it although Katrina’s career could have shined with Salman’s production picture, we must wait for more to see a massive cooperation of Salman and Katrina.

Katrina Kaif is on the edge to finish the shooting of her next movie ‘Jagga Jasoos‘, which also stars estranged boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor. The magnificent celebrity will also be seen with Sidharth Malhotra in their much-discussed movie Baar Baar Dekho.

The film will release this year on Eid.

The trailer of Shahid Kapoor’s forthcoming movie ‘Udta Punjab’ was released few days back. The manager Nitya Mehra marks her debut with this particular movie. The much awaited intimate play might find the first-time pairing of Sidharth and Katrina and their supporters are really excited to find out this pair that is fresh.

The manufacturers will focus on the post production process shortly. Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani’s and Farhan Akhtar Excel Entertainment and Karan Johar’s Dharma Production, Baar Baar Dekho is set to hit the screens this season on September 9, 2016.
