A chocolate adoring pupil is requiring a life supply of KitKats – after realising that not one of them had wafer in and purchasing eight of the chocolate bars.
The majority people would find that as a strike of fortuitous chocolate fortune – but 20, Saima Ahmad, has written to Nestle and says they disregarded their duty of care.
She said: ‘ I am so disappointed by what I’ve bought, although They go about marketing the exceptional idea of KitKat.
‘No one else because business has about combining the wafer together with the chocolate and that is why I am a lover that exceptional theory.’
Certainly a Tunnock’s caramel wafer never attempted.
She added: ‘They should undoubtedly give in to me. I am expecting my demand will go more as opposed to customer care platform.’I Had like the CEO of Nestle to reply to my letter because it is a tremendously significant problem. I am trying my chance – if you do not ask you do not get.’
In a statement to Metro.co.uk, a representative for Nestle said: ‘If a consumer locates any problem using a Nestle product we’d motivate them to touch base with us online, by telephone or by post to ensure people are able to inquire and set things right for them.’
The battle is real. Really real.
