UN ask Iran to pressure its ally Syria to reach a peaceful resolution


United Nations: United Nations chief Ban Ki-moon encouraged Iran to demand its ally Syria to achieve a peaceful solution of the savage civil war there.

Both leaders also discussed Yemen, where the UN is attempting to restore peace talks.
