UNBELIEVABLE! Shahid Kapoor’s Conditions Before Playing Rumoured Ex Deepika Padukone’s Husband In Padmavati
Bollywood was surprised after reading the news about Shahid Kapoor working with alleged ex-girlfriend Deepika Padukone in Padmavati. Based on Spotboye, ”a few years ago, industry was abuzz with loud whispers of a romance brewing between the two, after Shahid’s car was spotted outside Deepika’s building on many occasions.”
”A few months later, Shahid got linked up with others and Deepika met Ranveer Singh. It was obvious that the Sasha-Dippy love story had fizzled out.”
Now, however, the alleged ex-lovers are set to work collectively in Padmavati but Shahid has two conditions!
- The performer who has only entered fatherhood is not going to begin the shoot of the film immediately.
- He wants some changes in the script.
Revealing the inside details, a report in Mumbai Mirror stated, ”The surprise package of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s dream project Padmavati undoubtedly is Shahid Kapoor in the role of Allauddin Khilji. Kapoor seems to know that too and wants to make the most of this love triangle. ”
”We hear this was his precondition for accepting the role-that it would be a triangle and he would have screen space equal to SLB favourite Ranveer Singh’s. Bhansali has rewritten portions of the film with Kapoor in mind, and has brought in long monologues befitting his histrionic strengths. We surely don’t envy Deepika Padukone’s Padmavati who will be forced to choose between these two.”
