After being freed in the 2002 hit and run case, Salman Khan has been declared to be wrong in Chinkara case and the 1998 Black buck poaching case. Yes! Its verdict was just pronounced by the Rajasthan High Court. Although the performer wasn’t present has acquitted Salman in both the cases. Based on Times Now, there were two chances either Salman Khan could have walked free; before the verdict was declared and the sentence could have been lowered from 5 years or if Salman was convicted, a warrant would have already been issued and he could have been jailed. Yet, now with this acquittal, the actor can finally breathe a sigh of relief.

Not to forget, an appeal had filed challenging the lower court’s verdict that had given him one and five years’ incarceration, respectively, in both different cases of poaching. For all the ignorant, seven others and Salman were accused of killing a chinkara and a blackbuck in two different episodes. Among the animals was killed at Bhawad on the outskirts of Jodhpur on September 26, 1998, and the other at Ghoda Farms on September 28, 1998.
