Sidharth Malhotra‘s Baar Baar Dekho and Katrina Kaif release now and looks like it really is a must watch for everyone courtesy the crackling chemistry between the lead pair. Our Editor Tushar Joshi is currently viewing the film so that as the first half finished, here’s what he had to say, “Baar Baar Dekho is based on the theory of time travel that’s Sidharth Malhotra and Katrina Kaif playing with lovers – Jai and Diya. They grew up together, so falling in love looks natural. He’s his take on life and a Vedic mathematic professor is different from Diya’s. As he desires to move to pursue his further studies their marriage becomes an issue for Jai. Diya isn’t on the same page as Jai, her need from life is very different from his!

What looked like a couple unexpectedly becomes two bickering people wanting different things. What sets it exceptional is Katrina and Sid ’s crackling chemistry although the set up is similar. The first half hops to some scene where Jai wakes up after backing out of his own marriage to land up in Thailand. Not figuring out what’s happening and how he has travelled ’s confused!

The first half takes time to develop but once the time travel course starts unfolding it gets interesting. Jai’s journey is worth investing your time into, from being a bachelor to a married man into a daddy. The notion is straightforward – If you’d the opportunity to consider your future and live those moments would you do anything differently and alter your current or would you choose to go on the same trail?

Baar Baar Dekho‘s first half gives us glimpses of the present, past and the future. Jai’s journey as he travels from his 20s to reach his late 40s touches upon basic human emotions of love, loss, sorrow and heart break. The film takes a break at a point where Diya and Jai separate within their future.”

Will the second half give answers to these questions Jai has? Watch this space for complete review…
