Kareena Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan were matched opposite each other for the very first time in Subhash Ghai’s Yaadein in 2001. A couple of years after, they were seen collectively in Sooraj Barjatya’s Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon. But since then, they haven’t shared display space. Now, after 12 years, they may reunite for the house production, which is directed by Sanjay Gupta, as reported by Mumbai Mirror of Hrithik. The yet untitled movie can be said to be a love story cum payback play.

The Sanjay Gupta directorial could start to see the celebrity reunite after 12 years with Kareena Kapoor.

Hrithik Roshan, who is filming some fea turing real crocodiles and tigers, action sequences, for the span love story, Mohenjo Daro of Ashutosh Gowariker, is all set to reunite with father Rakesh Roshan for another house production which rolls out in February in Mumbai.

Since Hrithik had other obligations the movie was likely to really go on the floors in June. However he’ll now begin work on Gupta’s picture in February,” a source near the performer told Mirror.

Buzz is, Kareena Kapoor could play with the leading lady.

“Yes, the makers have approached Kareena and she has liked the script. It is a daringly different and challenging role.She’s good friends with Hrithik and keen to pair up with him but she has yet to sign on the dotted line,” the source added.
