A BBC Breakfast presenter gave birth only minutes following her segment on yesterday’s show.
Before going into labour, newsreader Victoria Fritz reads the business news and was talking about easyJet’s amounts.
The brunette beauty – crowned Britain’s most alluring presenter – was hurried to a Manchester hospital mid-show.
Her husband Dan was stuck in traffic on the M6, so co-presenter Sally Nugent volunteered to be her birthing partner.
A baby boy was welcomed by the twosome at St Mary’s Hospital, and the newsreader tweeted her thanks to her co-workers.
She wrote: She wrote: “My heartfelt thanks to @sallynugent & St Mary’s drs&midwives who helped me deliver my little boy yesterday. A @BBCBreakfast team effort.”
