Probably, Shah Rukh Khan’s yet again reminding us of his ‘intolerant’ controversy or let’s just say he’s warning himself to never be politically correct/incorrect. I mean, remember the whole fuss surrounding his ‘extreme’ intolerant remark? His statement was misconstrued to an extent that people had literally raged to ban his films. Which explains why even today when Shah Rukh was asked if he ever felt wanting to express in abandon but couldn’t do so he smartly put in a way stating how he enjoys his freedom of expression, only if it’s with the right people, at the right time. Stating how he balances out separate ways of dealing with different people, Shah Rukh in interaction with Bombay Times said, “If I were more expressive, I would be in jail now. I feel completely free, nothing binds me down, other than decency and respect for someone’s space. I am very courteous and I always keep that in mind. Even in my personal space which I can handle, I am completely free. Whenever I am with my people, I express everything whether it’s cracking jokes or putting forth my point of view. I might not do it publicly, moreso now than before, but it doesn’t mean that I’m not expressive. I live life with abandon and freedom.” Fair enough, right?

No wonder people who personally know Shah Rukh Khan only have good things to say about the actor. In fact, even if you stalk him on Twitter and run through his tell-all interviews, you’ll find endless life lessons to abide by and make it your own for Shah Rukh is someone who has more words of wisdom than anything else. On that note, we believe the stand that Shah Rukh’s taking for not expressing too much in public sounds fair enough for who knows when it’ll be misconstrued and land him in trouble.
