David Cassidy Charged Following Hit and Run in Florida

David has additionally been charged with driving with an expired license plate.

Cops told The Sun Sentinel that a truck was sideswiped by Cassidy, 65, before wanting to cover his license plate as he drove from the scene having a flat tire. Authorities include that the former teen star was identified by witnesses in a photo lineup.

A court hearing is apparently scheduled for Oct. 27

The charges are not Cassidy’s first go around with the law. In 2013 the actor was arrested for DWI in nyc .

Three years before that arrest the actor was taken into detention to get a DWI.
