Eventually the much awaited preview of the forthcoming movie of Omung Kumar, Sarbjit is outside now also it seems fantastic! Be it her or Aishwarya Rai Bachchan onscreen brother Randeep Hooda, the couple has ace it!

Richa Chadha, Randeep Hooda, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and sarbjit team right in the preview launching occasion. Aishwarya is looking gorgeous sporting a pink dress.

While Randeep seems super-popular sport a brown blazer, matched up with jeans.

Aishwarya said, “When Omung (Kumar) came to me, it was an immediate yes! You got the vibe in the trailer. How can you walk away from it? We all as Indians continue with our life but don’t necessarily take time out to experience how an incident can change the dynamics of a family. It was important to be a part of the narrative. Dalbir (Sarabjit Singh’s sister) fought for over 23 years and her capacity to keep the fight going is a commendable spirit. There adjectives fall short.”

Adding further, Aishwarya shared, “This is the quickest film we have done.We dived deep into the film and did our job. It was too intense and disturbing to do the same thing on the daily basis. But we have given our best.”

Not many know, but Aishwarya along her father-in-law, Amitabh Bachchan were among the few Indians who signed the petition for Sarabjit Singh’s release. “My father in law, and I was  amongst the many names who signed for the petition for his release. So when Omung came with the script, I felt some sort of a divine feeling on doing it.”

The actress also expressed her happiness on how she rejoiced the opportunity to physically transform for the film and experiment with her look. “As actors we wait for the opportunity where we wait for a transformation. The visual is the most important aspect. When I look into the character it is pure elation. It remains true to every genre.”
