As officials declared the crisis had not been yet around with three people still unaccounted for, how many houses lost in a bushfire in Western Australia increased on Saturday to 121.
As numerous firefighters continued to fight the enormous blaze that is still endangering nearby places to 121 increased after a fuller evaluation. ‘It continues to be a cause for worry,’ Emergency and Fire Services Commissioner Wayne Gregson told reporters of the blaze.
“It continues to be an extremely difficult fire for us — it is still a challenge, (we are) not out of the woods yet.”
Gregson said three individuals who were unaccounted for on Friday hadn’t yet been found.
“It is only the reality that people are unable to account for them. In the fullness of time, hopefully, we are going to account for them.”
