Paul Hollywood will be to juggle his obligations that are judging with a new show about baking.
Paul Hollywood City Bakes will begin to see pastry and bread recipes are explored by the celebrity chef in North America and Europe.
“Food culture can reveal so much about a country,” said the 49-year-old, who is a Bake Off judge since 2010.
He said it would be “a privilege to be able to delve into the lives of fellow bakers and discover a few really amazing international bakes.”
The brand new show will start in April and be broadcast in the UK on the Food Network.
Richard Farmbrough, of creation business Reef Television, said the “mouth-watering endeavor” would reveal “a distinct side” to the “baking megastar”.
Hollywood is a baker since his teenage years, when he became an apprentice at the bakery of his dad.
He runs an artisanal baking company and has been head baker at several of Britain’s most exclusive resorts.
