Trafficked children and unaccompanied child asylum seekers are going lost from UK care homes at “an alarmingly high speed”, two charities have said.
Nearly 600 kids vanished a year ago, with more than 200 lost, Missing People and ECPAT UK said.
The charities called on the united kingdom local and government authorities to reform the child protection system.
The Department for Education said it had commissioned “specialist training” for those care for the kids.
Both charities collected the latest yearly amounts supplied by more than 200 local authorities across great britain to them.
