Exes Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony surprised everyone, once again, after getting together for a surprise duet on the Latin Grammy stage earlier tonight, making that performance Jennifer’s first time ever on the Latin Grammy stage.
Marc kicked off his performance with a medley that included “I Need to Know,” “Tu Amor Me Hace Bien” and “Vivir Mi Vida.” Then his ex – Jennifer joined him to perform “Olvidame y Pega la Vuelta,” a classic Pimpinela song.
Anthony was honored by the Latin Recording Academy as person of the year in recognition of his decades-long musical career. “Marc is a living legend,” Lopez said from the stage. “He is a magical and pure artist giving away classics that will stay forever. He will always be many things in my life.”
The two of them sealed the big moment with a kiss, after the crowd was going crazy screaming: “Beso!” (Kiss from Spanish)
Recently, Anthony’s Magnus Media and Sony Music Latin announced that they entered a new business deal with Lopez. The companies will be developing and producing Lopez’s upcoming Spanish-language album, slated for release in this month.
