Black Friday is the day following Thanksgiving Day in the United States (the fourth Thursday of November). Since 1932, it has been regarded as the beginning of the Christmas shopping season in the U.S., and most major retailers open very early (and more recently during overnight hours) and offer promotional sales.

This Black Friday sale is going to be even interesting. The Apple Watch is conspicuously shown on the webpage on sale, although Apple hasn’t revealed the list of other things.   Shoppers ordering in-stock items through Apple’s website before 5 p.m. this Friday will also be eligible for free two-day delivery, the company says.

Apple’s Black Friday statement comes as the company may be looking to improve sales round christmas. Apple’s latest earnings results indicated the third consecutive quarter in which year-over-year revenue had declined. And than expected in the last quarter, although Apple sold more iPhones, iPhone shipments dropped by 5%.

Retailers like Best Buy, Target, and Walmart have already began marketing their Black Friday bargains on Apple merchandises, including deals on Macs, iPhones, iPads, along with the Apple Watch.
